Job Description Job Description The In-Home Therapy Clinician plays a vital role in supporting families and individuals in their home environments. This position focuses on addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges to strengthen family dynamics and promote overall well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate family strengths and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management to clients in their homes. Engage in family-focused therapy to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Coordinate services with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources. Document all services provided in a timely and compliant manner. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Licensure (or eligibility) as an LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent. Experience with in-home therapy or family systems work preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. hc161110
