Candidates can be licensed in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire to be considered. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Possesses a real estate license Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone About Company Chinatti Realty is dedicated to empowering real estate agents to achieve their full potential in a supportive, dynamic environment.
