Job Description:

The Dodge Company is seeking a full-time *Call Center Agent *to join our *Customer Service Department. *Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

*Primary Responsibilities*
* Receive incoming calls from customers and sales representatives
* Enter orders into our computer system
* Research, troubleshoot and resolve order issues
* Process returns and exchanges
* Communicate with customers regarding their overdue balances
* Cover reception desk when needed

*Education and Experience*
