Job Description:

An education organization in Massachusetts is currently seeking an experienced IT professional for a great Remote opportunity with their staff as their new Enterprise Architect (Workday). In this role, the Enterprise Architect (Workday) will be responsible for leading discovery initiatives for new applications to support critical business processes.

Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Architect (Workday) will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Collaborating with Business teams to understand future needs and define potential solutions to meet those requirements
  
• Defining preliminary solution architectures which enable the achievement of delivery goals while also achieving progress towards strategic IT objectives
  
• Delivering decisions frameworks that clarify the trade-offs between various alternatives in terms of business value
  
• Researching technology solutions to automate and improve business processes
  
• Ensuring compliance with IT application, development and security standards and policies
  
• Performing other duties, as needed
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology area
    
  • Bachelor's Degree
    
  • Experience with IT Strategy and Solution Architecture
    
  • Project Management background for Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    
  • Experience with System Development, including DevOps methodology
    
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com*, Workday, and Domo technologies
    
  • Experience in core back-office business processes
    
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
    
  • Great interpersonal -skills
    
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    
  • Strong atteniton to detail
    
  • Highly organized
