Your responsibilities will span from supporting daily production needs to larger projects that make a positive impact on quality and customer satisfaction.As a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:Driving improvements to process capability and documentation, and subsequent training of othersLeading improvements in test setups, test automation, and trend monitoringOwning new equipment/upgrades from purchase through installationLeading Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) projectsDeveloping and maintaining manufacturing methods and process routingsDesigning and building/procuring necessary tooling, fixturing, and poka-yoke devicesContributing to NPI (New Product Introduction) programs throughout concept, prototype, pilot, validation, and manufacturing implementation stage gatesFuel your passionRequired Qualifications:Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited universityHave 5 years minimum experiencePreferred Qualifications:Proven experience in problem-solving and failure analysisStrong service orientation to the production floor and customers alikeDemonstrable successes in a high quality and regulatory environmentAbility to coordinate several projects concurrentlyExperience with debugging, troubleshooting, and testing both electrical and mechanical systemsLabVIEW Core 1 and Core 2, Visual Basic, MS AccessFamiliarity with nuclear instrumentation and measurements a plusFamiliarity with electronics for use in extreme temperature, shock and vibration environments is desirableExperience with IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610SOLIDWORKS experience a plusSAP experiencePlease remember that joining the Talent Community is not an application for any specific job at Baker Hughes but to have the privilege of being considered for an opportunity that suits your profile on priority.As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.About Us:With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
