Manufacturing Systems EngineerAre you passionate about

Panametrics, a Baker Hughes business, designs and manufactures a
range of sensing instrumentation. These sensors are utilized in a
vast array of market segments. Our Embedded Software and Mechanical
Engineering teams design, prototype, validate, and certify
next-generation industrial sensing equipment.Partner with the
bestThe Manufacturing Systems Engineer is responsible for designing
and troubleshooting complex calibration systems to meet industry
standards for a vast array of product lines. This position will be
involved in discussions with other functions and teams about
improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.As a
Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and control production process including tooling and
equipment.
- Validating design specifications and shop floor application of
new product, tools, or equipment utilized by Engineers and
technicians.
- Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and
require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g.
engineering, planning, maintenance)
- Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques and manufacturing
process requiring choosing right approaches.
- Working on "brilliant factories" and other process driven
manufacturing systems.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this
role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or
college.
- Have software and hardware expertise in manufacturing systems
and calibration equipment.
- Have a minimum of 3 years in Systems Engineering.
- Display Impressive oral and written communication while
interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- Be able to influence others and lead small teams and
initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Possess effective problem identification and solution skills
while coordinating several projects simultaneously.Work in a way
