What We Offer Our Delivery Drivers:
Salary: $50400-$52000 / year ($24-$25+ / hour) Pay rate based on experience / qualifications

Guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Work/life balance with our consistent daytime schedule.
Primary schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 6:30AM-3:00PM making local deliveries.
Every 4 weeks you'll work Monday-Friday, 6:30-3:00PM, preparing products for delivery.

What Makes a Great Delivery Driver at Room & Board: You're outgoing and a solid brand ambassador who loves interacting with customers and ensuring an incredible delivery experience. You prefer a role that is more physical in nature and offers variety in your work. You love being part of a team that values accountability and is aligned to a common goal.

A Typical Day on Our Team: You and your delivery partner will make about 12 local deliveries per day, bringing smiles to every customer you meet. Every 4 weeks you'll work in our delivery center for two weeks to carefully prepare our customers' furniture orders and ensure quality.

Delivery Driver Requirements:
At least 21 years of age (Interstate DOT requirement)
Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
Able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. by yourself; able to lift/carry heavy items ( -300 lbs.) with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
Able to pass pre-employment requirements: criminal background check, clinic physical, drug screen and safe driving record
