continents. This is a new opportunity for a strong Talent
Acquisition Specialist to join the CALID Global Recruiting Team and
support a high-growth business in the life sciences industry.
Reporting into the Americas CALID HR team, this position will be
responsible for driving employment recruitment activities for
technical positions in the CALID Americas business. The ideal
candidate is a resourceful, self-starter that thrives in a
fast-paced environment and has a strong customer service
orientation. Additionally, this candidate will be interested in
learning the CALID business and partnering closely with the
business managers to achieve recruitment goals. This position can
be US remote or hybrid (Billerica, MA office). Preference is for a
candidate located in the Northeast US.
- Lead employment recruitment activities
for technical positions in the CALID Americas business, including
sourcing, screening, and collaboration with hiring managers to
select qualified applicants and achieve placement objectives.
- Partner and align with the CALID global recruiting team on
requisition reporting, branding and marketing initiatives, and
talent acquisition best practices.
- Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser with assigned hiring
manager(s) to recruit talent in a highly competitive market.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy
and developing competitive offers.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates, coordinate scheduling,
conduct candidate debrief meetings to solicit interview
- Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies including
outreach with technical talent, social media, employment firms,
universities and industry associations.
- Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with
employment laws and regulations.
- Attend conferences and recruiting events as needed to develop
candidate pipelines and build brand awareness.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management,
Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience performing recruitment for
technology roles, preferably in the life science or pharma
- Proven track record of building and implementing effective
sourcing strategies to attract & hire top talent.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer
communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to work
independently, prioritize work, multi-task, follow through, and
