Job Description:
The Master Scheduler is a key position in the Operations
Organization that is responsible for short and long-range process
scheduling for manufacturing. The Master Scheduler closely
collaborates with multiple departments and disciplines including
the materials and display manufacturing operations, the Global
Supply Chain Management team, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain
Engineers, Development and Finance. This position interfaces
between the supply and demand sides of the business to optimize
resource and material utilization to assure all customer demands
are met. The Master Scheduler is responsible for coordination with
the Global Supply Chain Management Team (GSCM) to ensure
appropriate prioritization for the broad range of product
applications in production along with coordination of shipping and
product distribution to appropriate downstream sites. Come be part

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the
following:--- Managing E Ink production demand changes with GSCM---
Analyzing, tracking, and reporting changes to the customer demand
plan and implementing appropriate actions in the production
scheduling to optimize delivery to plan--- Establishing
manufacturing and production priorities and schedules--- Developing
an understanding of the manufacturing processes to enable effective
collaboration with the Production Team to determine appropriate
solutions to meet demand--- Reporting scheduling and performance
metrics to communicate performance status and identify areas for
added focus--- Reviewing, updating and publishing quarterly
standard products lead times--- Chairing and coordinating weekly
planning meetings with the factory and cross-functional
disciplines--- Communicating with the Global SCM team to updat
manufacturing schedules --- Enabling forward-looking multi-year
demand projections and participating in setting direction to enable
growth to meet projected demand--- Assisting Finance with analysis
of operational trends and the development of an annual operating
plan Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree and/or advance degree---
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing
environment--- Strong analytical, problem solving, and
decision-making capabilities, with concern of impact to scheduling
changes--- Working knowledge of ERP (SAP strongly preferred)
systems, specifically MRP execution--- Excellent ability to explain
complicated issues to different levels in the organization ---
Understanding of Bills of Materials and their impact on MRP---
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations---
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills---
Goal oriented, process driven--- Team player with the highest level
of customer focus--- Strong communication and interpersonal
skills--- Advanced PC application skills (Excel, Power Point, Word,
reporting tools)--- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with
others including good communication, presentation, and analysis
skills--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications---
Familiarity and comfort working in global supply chain--- Must be a
self-motivated, independent thinker that is eager to learn APCIS
CPIM Certification is a plus
