HSE Specialist - Facilities Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?Role Summary:The team at Panametrics, a Baker Hughes business designs and manufactures a range of sensing instrumentation and sensors that are utilized in a vast array of market segments. Panametrics is looking for a HSE Specialist to provide a HSE partnership with assigned client group of People Leaders and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HSE process expertise and other general HSE activities.Role Responsibilities:Providing day-to-day EHS support for each assigned facility Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizationWorking together with business leadership at the senior and executive levelSpecifying needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research doneDelivering products as part of a teamLeading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methodsManaging and obtaining proper permits for each facilityRequired Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of HSE experience3 years experience in fixed facilitiesWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
