Responsibilities The Customer Experience Coordinator serves as the face of Bruker BioSpin to our internal as well as external customers and holds responsibility for ensuring Customer Experience is the core focus from initial inquiry pre-qualification to order entry to cash communication. This new opportunity is based in Billerica MA (remote until the office re-opens). * Responsible to receive, track, pre-qualify all incoming inquiries from our internal and external customers * Support Quotation and Order Entry teams in end to end communication (local language) * Support Sales and Service team with Tender inquiries * Pre-Qualify and triage of customer complaints * Monitor and pre-qualify all incoming inquiries * Open Salesforce cases/opportunities and set to appropriate person/department * Monitor tender websites and portals * Support Sales teams with tender submissions including collation of commercial documents * Support the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations (CX & CO) team with end to end communication * Support customer demos and training courses * Work closely with master data teams to ensure accurate data * Work closely with Quoting Team and Order Entry Specialist Team * Provide flexibility on other tasks to improve effectiveness * Perform back up support for other regions * Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products * Perform other duties as required. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent education * Minimum 3 years business administration work experience in high technology life science field or NMR * Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and hands on experience with SAP, CRM software, SalesForce.com * Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication and presentation skills with oral and written fluency in English language * Proven multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate in a positive and constructive manner with people at all levels * Flexibility to support working hours which may be influenced by need to complete the job * Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve * Natural team player with a excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills * Ability to work independently and as a team player in a rapidly changing and diverse, multi-national commercial work environment * An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity * As we thrive due to long term relationship, having a diplomatic nature to resolve difficult situations is a recommended behavioural attribute. * Act in accordance with environmental, health and safety policy and ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 to ensure health and safety, review and minimize the environmental impact of activities, products and services, and comply with the requirements of relevant country and local laws and regulations. * Comply with the Bruker Code of Conduct, Company Policies and Practices. * Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements. * Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required. * U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required. * Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel. * May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
