Safe operation of a Class A vehicle over long distances across North America according to both federal and state regulations. Transporting hazardous waste materials with strict adherence to company guidelines and environmental laws. Maintenance of detailed transport and vehicle maintenance logs. Effective communication with dispatch and operations teams to ensure optimal routing and scheduling. Conducting routine checks and vehicle inspections to guarantee safe operation of transport equipment. Handling emergency and unscheduled incidents professionally while minimizing environmental impact. Profound knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards Skilled in the safe operation of Class A vehicles Ability to manage hazardous materials and understand the associated protective measures Strong time management and logistics planning capabilities Effective communication skills Medical Insurance Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT endorsement Clean driving record DOT medical card
