Job Description:
Global Partners LP seeks a forward-thinking Manager of Business
Intelligence - Retail to oversee and enhance our data management
and analytics capabilities, focusing on our Northeastern U.S.
retail and fuel distribution operations. This role is vital in
supporting strategic decisions by generating actionable insights
from complex datasets. You will lead a team dedicated to leveraging
data to optimize our retail strategies, improve customer
engagement, and increase operational efficiency across our network
of terminals and gas stations. Develop and execute the strategic
vision for the use of business intelligence in retail operations.
Manage the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
to enhance competitiveness in retail fuel and services. Collaborate
with IT to enhance data architecture, including data warehousing
and BI tools. Direct cross-functional teams to identify operational
improvements and innovations based on data insights. Prepare and
present detailed reports on market trends, sales performance, and
other key business indicators to senior management. Strong
analytical and statistical analysis skills. Proficiency in BI tools
(e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. Excellent strategic planning and
management abilities. Effective communication and presentation
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certification in Business Intelligence or Data
Management (e.g., CBIP, CDMP) is preferred.
