Job Description:
Global Partners LP, a leader in energy distribution within the
Northeast U.S., is seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Intelligence
- Retail to drive and enhance our business intelligence frameworks
within our extensive network of terminals and gas stations. The
successful candidate will leverage their analytical prowess and
market insights to develop strategic solutions that align with our
operational goals and fuel our continuous growth in the competitive
retail marketplace. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to
boost efficiency and profitability across retail operations.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product
placement and pricing strategies. Lead and coordinate
cross-functional teams to implement business intelligence
solutions. Prepare and present detailed reports on business
performance and actionable insights to senior management. Ensure
compliance with industry regulations and maintain data integrity.
Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Experience with SQL and data warehousing
Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Business
Intelligence Professional (CBIP) Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
