Job Description:
Global Partners LP, a leader in energy products and retail with
a vast network of terminals and gas stations across the
Northeastern U.S., is seeking a dynamic Manager of Business
Intelligence for our Retail Operations. This role is pivotal in
driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights and
analytics, focusing on optimizing our retail processes and
contributing to our overall growth. The ideal candidate will
harness their expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
tools to deliver actionable insights that align with our strategic
objectives. Lead and develop the Retail Business Intelligence team,
fostering an environment of analytical excellence. Implement and
refine data collection and analysis systems to accurately measure
performance metrics and drive business development. Collaborate
with various functional teams to identify opportunities for process
improvements and develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
Present complex analytical findings in a clear and impactful manner
to senior management to influence strategic decisions. Ensure all
data practices comply with corporate and legal standards.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team management
abilities Ability to communicate complex data in a simple,
actionable way Experience with data modeling and forecasting
