Bring your true colors to blue.What we needAs a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of technical solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies. You should have extensive knowledge of Provider management Health Cloud systems and serve as a technical SME for complex discussions and design processes. Collaboration with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams is essential to design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.Your Salesforce expertise is vital for maintaining the Provider Salesforce Application. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and availability, providing long-term value to our stakeholders. Experience in healthcare payer systems is a plus.Your Day to Day

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to understand requirements and develop robust applications.
• Work with developers to implement enhancements to the Salesforce health cloud platform.
• Design solutions in collaboration with stakeholders for Health cloud Provider Network Management.
• Ensure Salesforce application security and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor environment performance and release updates to maintain operations.
• Establish milestones for sprints and releases to meet requirements.
• Mentor the team in Agile methodologies.
• Perform code reviews and technical design assessments.
• Analyze architecture, design, and development lifecycle, providing feedback.
• Evaluate applications for vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.This list is not exhaustive; employees may be asked to perform other duties.We're Looking for:
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud platforms; experience highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce enablement, architecture, and development.
    • 6+ years as an architect on agile projects.
    • 12+ years in software programming (Lightning, Apex, LWC, etc.).
    • Expertise in Salesforce Industries Health Cloud.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Agent Force.
    • Salesforce Application Architect certification.
    • Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders using agile methodologies.Minimum Education Requirements:High school degree or equivalent.LocationBostonTime TypeFull timeSalary Range: $159,390 - $194,810The posted salary range reflects our current estimate; actual pay may vary based on various factors.
