Bruker CALID HR in the Americas is looking for an HR Administrator to join the team and support a high-growth area in life sciences. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong customer service orientation. Additionally, this person is interested in growing his/her career in HR and talent management. The HR Administrator will collaborate with managers for business needs and assist the CALID HRBP Team with initiatives related to recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, off-boarding, HR reporting, employee Town Halls, and HR projects and administrative support. This position is a REMOTE or HYBRID position in the New England area with travel to the Billerica, MA office for meetings as needed. Responsibilities: Recruiting Responsibilities:Act as the liaison between CALID HR and the Recruiting team on new positions and current positions in the business; collaborate and communicate on recruiting needs for the positions.Point of contact for new position requests from management; responsible for ATS entry and management of approvals in the system.Collaborate with managers and the recruiting team to determine applicant requirements and recruiting resources to fill positions.Interview candidates for specific roles and coordinate candidate evaluation feedback. Participate in feedback sessions.HR Coordinator Responsibilities:Onboard new employees; deliver new hire orientations and assist in enhancing the employee onboarding program.Collaborate with the HR Team to coordinate Town Hall meetings, employee communication and training events.Point of contact for employee requests regarding payroll, benefits, PTO, policies, etc.Deliver employee exit interviews and compile data for management review.

  • Participate in compensation analysis and communicate with CALID HR and Recruiting team during negotiations.
  • Manage HR reporting and recruiting reporting including position status updates and headcount updates.
  • Assist in sales incentive plan implementation and commission payout administration.Additional responsibilities as needed.


    Requirements:Bachelor's Degree requiredTwo years HR related experience preferred; recruiting coordination experience a plus.Experience in a corporate setting; preferably working with technical staff.Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to maintain confidential information of human resources work.Working knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition systems; experienced with MS Office suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with hiring managers across multiple functions and levels.Knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
