WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Territory Recruiters are located within one of our 5 major
territories across North America, and are typically stacked against
several Districts or around -30 stores. However, as we strive to
deliver an incredibly high quality service to the business we
support, we look for folks that thrive in a team environment and
are able to flex across different geographies to meet the ever
evolving needs of the business. As a Territory Recruiter, you will
act as the key TA partner for the District Directors you support in
the Southeast territory, in addition to identifying, sourcing and
hiring the most qualified talent for positions throughout Nike and
Converse. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and
who is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. Nike
is constantly evolving and growing, so we are in need of someone
who can adapt to change!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Territory Recruiter, you lead the end-to-end process for
retail stores hiring across multiple levels, from early-in-career
to management. Also, you will be responsible for candidate
sourcing, resume review, telephone and in-person screening of
candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening
criteria to assist the Hiring Manager hiring the best Athletes,
Associates and Leaders for our stores.
You'll use a simplified hiring process to engage with Territory and
District Leaders, Stores, Store Leaders and our HR colleagues to
hunt, deliver and hire qualified and diverse talent. Working within
a team of other retail territory recruiters, you'll use an
applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage talent to present to
hiring managers at the right time, for the right role, for the
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Territory Recruiting Leader, and sit on the
Nike Stores recruiting team. On a weekly basis, you'll be
accountable for managing relationships with your Retail District
Directors as well as partner with the Recruiting Operations team
who are responsible for hiring seasonal and full-time Athletes and
Associates across your territory.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
or a combination of relevant experience, education and
2+ years' experience in full cycle agency and/or in-house
Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a
store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders
with their full-cycle recruitment strategy.
Experience in facilitation of behavioral-based interviewing.
Knowledge of acquisition practices, principles, applications and
methods, including interviewing and assessment skills.
Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and
engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent
communities within unique functional skillsets.
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of
Experience using an applicant tracking system is required;
experience with Taleo and Avature CRM
High Volume recruitment experience - eg Distribution, Hospitality,
Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont,
and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $67,500
