Job Description:

manufacturer of Modern Technology? Kelly is looking for a Senior
Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturer in Billerica, MA .
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $90,000
- $100,000, an annual bonus program , and a comprehensive benefits
package. Our great partner needs an in-office HR Generalist who can
support multiple responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
Reporting to the HR Business Leader, you will play an integral role
in the success of the organization both locally and globally.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform recruiting activities including posting jobs,
sourcing/screening candidates, conducting and/or coordinating
interviews, and gathering feedback to disposition candidates
Develop job descriptions and collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders to execute business transactions
Gather information, prepare, and obtain approvals for employment
offers
Prepare and extend employment offer letters to candidates; upon
offer acceptance, gathers documents from candidates to initiate
background screening and on boarding processes
Monitors the status of background screening and confirms start date
when cleared
Collaborates with Payroll or other HR staff for entry into ADP
HRIS; initiates on boarding process with hiring manager
Schedules and conducts new hire orientation; follows-up with
employees for completion of required forms
Ensures compliance with I-9 and E-Verify
Coordinates relocation or immigration support as needed
Plan and coordinate job fairs including support of co-op recruiting
activities
Coordinate with hiring managers and temporary agencies to fill
contingent worker vacancies
Assist with processing employee status changes, forms, off boarding
and termination processing
Responsible for administration of benefits for new hires,
qualifying events, and the annual open enrollment process
Partners with HR Manager for employee engagement activities
including annual survey preparation and execution, focus group
activities, pulse surveys, and identifying opportunities for
improvement
Collaborates with HR Manager and third party providers to
administer leaves of absence, workers' compensation reporting, and
compliance with various leave laws
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred / Associate's Degree
required plus 5+ years HR experience
HR certifications a plus (SHRM, PHR, etc)
Demonstrated experience / expertise with HRIS systems
Virtual interview experience preferred (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet
etc)
