Physical Therapist Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,410 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 2 years of current PT experience required License: New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required Doctorate degree required Previous rehab experience required Flexible to work inpatient PT as needed Ability to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics required Previous experience working with PTA's preferred CPSI EMR experience highly preferred Traveler must have own vehicle Description: This facility will not consider travelers who reside within 50 miles of the location. To avoid delays in processing, please provide permanent address in your profile. Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient. We combine advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each therapist has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques. Many therapists also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We help patients with orthopaedic and sports injuries, gait training, fractures, sprains, and dislocations. Additional treatment areas include musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain, and neurological disorders. We focus on balance and fall prevention, bone and joint diseases, and hand injuries. We also treat workplace injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Typical patient ratio is 8 per day from Monday to Thursday, and 6 on Friday. Travelers will provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. Patients will have varying diagnoses including post-operative care, joint replacement, and general deconditioning. Requests for time off during the course of the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of time-off will be accepted, and less is better. All clinics are closed for major holidays. Please ensure voice mail is set up on phones for communication purposes. Travelers without voice mail set up may be redirected.
