Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more
time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! Northeast
Family Services is a premier and rapidly growing mental health
provider with over 20 years' experience providing in-person,
in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults,
and families. We are seeking a professional and caring ABA Program
Director to join our growing Massachusetts team! The ABA Program
Directo r will be responsible for guiding staff and assisting in
the development of treatment methodologies to ensure the effective
implementation of all treatment and programming for clients in
their region. The Program Director is responsible for the
management of all staff and the content of treatment plans.
Additionally, the Program Director is responsible for adhering to
professional, ethical, and legal requirements and principles, as
well as always demonstrating sound professional judgment. The
Program Director is also responsible for providing ongoing
supervision to staff in the ABA program, including those pursuing
or maintaining the BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT credentials.
Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of
BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework Active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the BACB Active Licensed
Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts, in good standing with the
Massachusetts division of professional licensure Five or more years
of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents,
and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or
behavior challenges. Valid driver’s license with reliable and
consistent access to a vehicle Strong interpersonal and
collaborative skills Experience in applied settings, developing and
implementing behavioral interventions preferred Effective written
and verbal communication skills A compassionate approach to care
Experience administering functional behavior assessments and
behavior skills assessments Proficient with word processing and
graphing software Current with best practices and developments
within the field of ABA Registered as a supervisor with the BACB,
having completed the 8-hour supervisor training and willing to

special interests and skills to offer training on a rotation of
relevant topics Staff who participate in all offered CEU events
meet the BACB’s CEU requirement for BCBA recertification at NO COST
