Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required. Client requires submission of an updated resume prior to start. Availability to begin assignment as soon as possible and to commit to a 13-week travel contract. Must be able to work with typical SNF documentation systems and provide skilled therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents. Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
