Genesis HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients across our network, encompassing short-term post-acute, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services. As a pivotal part of our clinical team, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and help improve the daily lives of patients. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the nursing staff Ensure the highest quality of care by maintaining a clean and safe environment Support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver individual care plans effectively Engage with patients’ family members to educate them on patient status and care strategies Proven ability to follow detailed instructions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to perform physically demanding tasks Skill in utilizing medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CNA certification CPR certified
