Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Ophthalmic Technician for a local contract job in Somerville, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ophthalmic Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract 13 weeks // 5x8 Days Candidate will go through our Clinical IVS team 8hr days: 8am-4:30p(no on-call) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Other information: High School Diploma or equivalent Certifications: Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) OR Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COA) 3yrs experience required very busy outpatient clinic Manual Refractions required - Adults Only Submission Requirements: Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or COA Up to date resume with minimum 3yrs recent experience at Ophthalmic tech 2 supervisor references About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
