A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support within a school setting in New Bedford, MA. This onsite contract position offers a chance to work directly with students, assisting in the delivery of speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in planning and implementing individualized speech and language therapy activities. Monitoring student progress and documenting therapy outcomes. Collaborating with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other staff to support student communication goals. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures. Qualifications: Active SLPA state licensure is required.
