PM, Mon–Fri Assignment Overview: HumanEdge Health is seeking an
experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse
Manager in Plymouth, MA. This leadership role requires strong
management skills to oversee the Endoscopy unit and ensure
high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be proactive,
organized, and capable of running the unit effectively from day
one. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction for the
Endoscopy unit - Supervise and mentor nursing staff - Ensure
adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory
standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support
patient care - Participate in staffing, scheduling, and operational
decisions as needed Requirements: - Current Massachusetts RN
license - BLS-AHA certification - 2 years of recent nursing
experience - Proven leadership and Nurse Manager experience -
Experience in Endoscopy preferred - Strong organizational and
