Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Salem, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,327 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/15/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Salem, Massachusetts, 01970! Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Two years of acute care hospital experience preferred License: Current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Must be willing to float between different units - Capability in telemetry monitoring and reading tele strips - Experience with cardiac drips Description: Responsible for cardiac monitoring and administering cardiac drips. Must be able to read tele strips. Float throughout the hospital to various Med/Surg Tele areas. Provide care for patients from the emergency department and mental health unit. Care for non-vented patients who are transfer-ready in the ICU. Clinician to patient ratio is up to 5:1 during days and evenings, and up to 6:1 during nights. Utilize EMR for charting. Telemetry skills include measuring intervals and interpreting strips every four hours.
