monitoring required.This is a very small unit/facility, rural
experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the
ground running!Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any colorPatient -
GeriatricRN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity
PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night
shifts.Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST
be noted and verified at upload.RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT
BE APPROVED 5 DAYS OR LESS OF RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR A 13 WEEK
