The Hospice & Palliative Care Department at MelroseWakefield Hospital is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team caring for Palliative Care patients in Melrose, MA.MelroseWakefield Hospital is a proud member of Tufts Medicine. • About the role: You'll be a valuable member of the care team alongside physician and Nurse Practitioner colleagues, working to complete inpatient palliative care consults and supporting the outpatient palliative care program, dependent upon need.

  • Ability to work 40 hours with no weekend or major holiday commitments
  • Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Clinical experience in Palliative Care preferred.
  • Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Palliative Care patients.
  • Current certification in CPR required.
