Job Description:
A company is looking for a Refill Authorization Pharmacist
PRN.
Key Responsibilities
Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness,
making evidence-based interventions as necessary
Oversee medication preparation and delivery, ensuring secure
storage and effective workflow
Provide patient counseling and education on medication adherence
and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from
an accredited institution
License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice and dispense
controlled substances
Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
Preferred: Previous experience in an integrated healthcare delivery
system and board certification
