Today, OmniGuide Surgical's Enhanced Safety Flexible CO2 Laser Fibers and Domain Surgical's FMX Ferromagnetic Technology are used in the most challenging surgical procedures throughout the world, safely delivering energy resulting in the preservation of healthy tissueABOUT THE ROLE:The biggest revenue producing team within our organization is seeking an innovative and self-starting Manager. The Urology Robotics Software Product Manager is primarily responsible for downstream marketing activities aimed at driving US sales. This role is more than a standard marketing role; you will serve as the business leader for the products you represent. You will work closely with cross-functional partners like Sales, R&D, Training, Regulatory, and Corporate Communications. You will be a member of a fun, dynamic team where we support each other and collaborate often.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop marketing resources to increase sales effectiveness.Marketing campaign design and optimization.New product launch strategy for internal field sales and external customers.Liaison for internal product teams, sales executives, and management.Global collaboration with German R&D Digital Innovation Institute.Design and conduct sales training workshops.Market research and monitor competitive landscape.Build network of key opinion leaders in the Urology. Gyn. Robotic. ENT. Oncology space.Hands-on work with demand forecasts and sales reporting.Physical ability to do work that may require lifting heavy objects more than 25 pounds.Domestic travel: up to 35% annually including field-based visits and medical meeting attendance. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree (Required) - MBA preferred.Required experience in combined medical product marketing and sales: 5+ years.Effective presentation skills with ability to communicate clinical and complex instructions clearly.Self-motivated and driven.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Power Point, and Excel.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing concepts, medical devices, and the healthcare market.
