Responsibilities



















New hybrid opportunity with the Bruker BioSpin Team based in Billerica MA for a proactive, creative, and structured Regional Marketing Manager interested in new experiences and professional growth. Will be a part of an international and global Marketing team with responsibility for Regional Bruker BioSpin Marketing activities of digital focused campaigns for the Americas. The Regional Marketing Manager - Americas will report to the Global Director of Operational Marketing.

  • Responsible to coordinate online and offline tradeshows based on global guidelines including logistics (i.e., space booking, utilities etc., hotel reservations, catering, shipping of show materials as needed)
  • Ensure planning of event participation in line with global event calendar (incl. preparing memo, pre-show briefing, budgeting)
  • Develop event lead management and organize sales actions for our business development team
  • Define and oversee follow-up actions after the events (incl. reporting, invoicing, and ROI reporting)
  • Managing branding and communication for events
  • Responsible for proactive coordination alignment with other Bruker divisions
  • Liaising with vendors (e.g., booth builders or logistics).
  • Support on sponsorship agreements
  • Updating senior management.



























    Qualifications



















    • B.A. degree in the area of business, marketing or event management
    • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in marketing communication, preferably within a life sciences product or B2B company
    • Proven strong experience from working close to the market and proactively supporting a sales team
    • Up-to-date, integrative marketing, advertising, and communication knowledge (including digital) with an international scope
    • A stylistic ability with a good sense for look and feel and tonality
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills with oral and written fluency in English language; familiarity with Portuguese and Spanish desirable
    • Proven ability to develop strong relationships, work with senior levels, present and discuss ideas, move projects forward while considering input from colleagues
    • Experience of event project management
    • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a global, multi-cultural organization
    • Excellent high business acumen to be able to collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders in the market
    • Demonstrated flexibility with ability to prioritize and manage differing time constraints
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level
    • A stylistic ability with a good sense for look and feel and tonality
    • Strong communication skills to present ideas and discuss them with colleagues
    • Able to move projects forward while considering inputs from colleagues
    • Strong experience from working close to the market and proactively supporting a sales team
    • Work experience in B2B lead generation through events
    • Up-to-date, integrative marketing, advertising, and communication knowledge (incl. digital) on an international scope
    • Maintains positive and supportive working relationships across the company at all levels and with all parties
    • Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements.
    • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
    • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
    • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
