RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is a publicly traded Bio-Sciences Company, seeking a Corporate Development M&A Manager for its Billerica, MA office. The Corporate Development Manager will provide strategic M&A support and will liaison across Corporate FP&A and Corporate Development. This position will have hybrid work flexibility, 2-3 days/week in office and 2-3 days/week remote, and will be eligible for bonus and equity. Responsibilities:

• The Corporate Development M&A Manager will lead financial modeling process of potential acquisitions and oversee financial due diligence for the Corporate Development Team
• Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners
• Manage the quarterly forecasting/ budgeting of the Corporate Development revenues and functional expenses
• In this role, the Corporate Development M&A Manager will develop financial projections & valuation analysis for acquisition targets
• Support related financial analysis and reporting activities from pre-acquisition through post-acquisition and integration
• Involved with budgeting and forecasting for assigned business units
• Provide strategic financial insights when performing analysis and reporting
• As a Corporate Development M&A Manager, this role will provide ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and additional responsibilities as required Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • 6+ years of related experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, corporate FP&A, or other analytical finance roles
  • Pharmaceutical financial modeling and deal analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with
  • Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and create concise and decision supporting analysis
