seeking a new Logistics Operations Manager for North America. The
hired individual will provide a broad range of leadership and
coordination for Logistics operations across North America. They
will serve as a key link between Regional management, Sales,
Customer Service, Manufacturing plant & Logistics Operations,
external suppliers, and Divisions. They will utilize analytical
tools and judgement to design and implement strategies and tactics,
and reduce total cost while improving network service level. This
position interacts with many other functional departments within
Entegris designed to provide a trouble-free pipeline of materials
to our internal and external customers.This position is open to
candidates that are located in or willing to relocate to Round
Rock, TX, Chaska, MN, Billerica, MA, or Colorado Springs, CO.In
this role you willBe responsible for all Americas Logistics &
Distribution Center operations, including oversight of performance
to service level expectations, and budget and expense management
(including the pursuit of Duty and other cost reduction
opportunities).Develop and drive proactive continuous improvement
initiatives with internal/external stakeholders regarding Services,
Cost, Infrastructure and Optimization of Supply Chain Logistics.
Ensure that the Logistics Operations are managed in accordance with
company policies and governmental regulations.Select, develop, and
coach team members and provide leadership to create and retain a
highly motivated team in order to achieve best results while
ensuring company procedures and policies are adhered to.Develop,
maintain and report on all metrics related to inventory accuracy,
logistics service level performance, and budget in order to ensure
KPI's are achieved and aligned with corporate goals and
strategyMaintain current and accurate knowledge of import/export
regulations for dangerous goods and chemicals, and other policies
and procedures that effective logistics/transportation in order to
ensure applicable compliance Engage with external customers to
enhance and streamline the Entegris to customer supply chain. Works
closely with the Field Operations and other related Entegris
Management teams to provide logistics solutions to customers.
Assist with development and review of customer contracts. - High
Level Relationship management of the 3PL Warehouse Operations in
the US including evaluation of existing services, identification of
potential new partners, bid management and negotiation of contracts
and price agreementsInterface with customers and suppliers in a
proactive manner to resolve conflicts & create positive solutions
in an expedient and professional manner.Provide direction and
support to internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Customer
Service, and Sales regarding Distribution requirements and
restrictions according to the Entegris business model. Be a primary
Logistics contact for Logistics Operations integrations through
mergers & acquisitions, including integration of Logistics
Operations policies, procedures, and MRP system.Support logistics
training initiatives and develop required logistics training
documentation Lead broad scope of system processes including
purchasing logistics services and warehousing. Demonstrate strong
analytical skills to review the Entegris system and bring forward
recommendations & business cases for process efficiency gains, best
practices and Manage U.S. Logistics budget and expendituresManage
Supply Chain disruptions with internal and external stakeholders
and our customers in a professional manner and always in accordance
with our current Business Continuity Plan and global
policies.Cross-collaborate and lead within a global organization in
order to achieve standardized best practicesTraits we believe make
a strong candidateBachelor/master's degree in business
administration, Accounting, Logistics or related field preferred
5-10 years of related experience leading a Logistics organization;
ideally this experience will be within a global manufacturing
company dealing with the handling of dangerous
good/chemicalsAbility to creatively problem solve, challenge the
status quo, and hold vendors and suppliers accountable through
strong data analyses skills and KPI development; ability to use
data to make effective decisions and build strong business
casesExperience effectively leading/managing remote teams, spread
across multiple global sitesDemonstrated success in building
relationships with internal and external customers globally in
order to facilitate effective issue resolution and enact logistics
programs Demonstrated background of vendor management and
negotiation skillsProficiency with ad hoc reporting tools such as
Business Warehouse or Business ObjectsExperience with SAP highly
desiredExcellent analytical, communication, presentation and
deadline management skills required. Willingness to travel
domestically up to 30% to interface face-to-face with internal and

$120,000 - $140,000, with actual salary based on candidate's
