We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to play a
critical role in our fast-growing, technology and robotics company.
This role is responsible for identifying new marketing
opportunities, generating sales lead, and increasing awareness
around our brand. This person will manage all digital marketing and
SEO-related activities such as link building, content strategy,
social media engagement, and keyword usage. The ideal candidate
will effectively use Alert Innovation's digital assets (company
website, e-grocery website, social media, and email) to create
marketing strategies that will boost awareness, improve conversion
rates, and ultimately increase our company's ROI. Innovative
thinking, a focus on positive customer experience and a proactive
mindset are essential for this role.
What Will You Do?
Create and manage all branded content for Alert Innovation's
digital marketing campaigns including Messaging Strategy, Creative
Development, Copy Writing, A/B Testing, Audience Segmentation, Link
Building, Keywords, and Data Analytics.
Manage the production of new content including photos, videos, and
Develop lead generation programs that seamlessly integrate with
Salesforce for total database management.
Develop, deploy, and optimize targeted email campaigns that align
with the customer journey.
Develop digital marketing campaigns targeted at recruiting a
world-class team (Partner with HR).
Identify and test new digital platforms and marketing tools (AR,
Use web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) to monitor website
traffic for two company websites (alertinnovation.com and
e-grocery.com) and optimize performance.
Manage all Website updates relating to new content, new
functionality, and SEO. (Webmaster will perform back-end
Engage with followers on all social media channels in relevant
conversations and social outreach to boost the brand and engage
Engage in Social Listening to optimize efforts on social
Report comprehensive data analytics and insights for all marketing
activities and recommend optimizations.
Stay current with industry best practices and monitoring competitor
websites and socials.
What Are We Looking For?
5 - 6 years' experience in managing digital and social marketing
3-4 years' experience in Graphic Design, Photoshop and/or Premiere
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Graphic
Design or other related discipline - Master's Degree or MBA
Experience launching campaigns on Social Media Channels that drive
organic and sponsored growth.
Experience working with an Agency and/or internal cross-functional
team to develop creative for all social media and Digital
Platforms. (Portfolio/presentation of previous campaign creative
Experience in purchasing and analyzing Paid Search (Google), Paid
Social (LinkedIn), and Paid Media (Industry Partners).
Should be comfortable with the following:
Budgeting - (i.e. Excel)
ROI Analysis - (i.e. Excel)
Website Analytics - (i.e. Google Analytics)
Data Analytics - (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
Social Media Platforms - (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and
Content Development - (Photos, Video, AR, 2D, 3D, etc.)
Presentation - (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Website Platform - (i.e. WordPress)
