Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working
within an elementary school setting, focused on providing valuable
support to preschool and elementary students. The position involves
delivering specialized speech-language services to preschool
students in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) classrooms, as
well as supporting speech-only students in the elementary school
environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized
speech-language therapy to preschool students in ECSE and
tuition-based classrooms. Support speech-only students at the
elementary school level through targeted interventions. Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop and
implement effective speech-language plans. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation of student progress and therapy goals.
Participate in team meetings and professional development
opportunities as required. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist certification/license. Experience
working with preschool and elementary-aged children, particularly
in educational settings. Knowledge of early childhood special
education and speech therapy techniques. Strong communication and
collaboration skills. Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet
diverse student needs. Location: Plymouth, MI Schedule: Full-time
Contract Duration: January 16 through the last day of school in
