services Identify client needs, resolve issues, and escalate
complex inquiries as required Maintain a high level of product
knowledge to offer the best possible solutions Document and update
client records based on interactions Provide feedback on the
efficiency of customer service processes and systems Meet
personal/team targets and call handling quotas Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Excellent problem-solving capability Solid
understanding of financial services and products Proficient in
relevant computer applications Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer Service Professional
(CCSP) preferred but not mandatory Any additional certifications
related to finance or customer service are advantageous
