• Develop the cost accounting and reporting function
• Develop and implement year end standard cost uplift and overhead rates
• Monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of inventory, variances, reserves and manufacturing throughput
• Manage the manufacturing accounting function creating an environment of continuous improvement
• Develop cost metrics and implementing cost saving measures
• Manage accuracy of all cost accounting activities
• Oversee the Cost Accountant
• Oversee annual physical inventory, quarterly mini-physical inventories and daily cycle counting
• Ensure ERP system users are trained wellProfileThe Cost Accounting Manager - Renewables/Manufacturing requires the following skill sets and qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field
  • 5 - 10+ years of Cost Accounting tenure within the Manufacturing Industry
  • SAP or other large ERP system experience
  • Management tenure preferred not essentialJob OfferThe Cost Accounting Manager - Renewables/Manufacturing will be offered the following:
    • Base Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
    • Bonus eligibility up to 10%
