Creative Financial Staffing is working with a thriving manufacturing company on their search for a Senior Staff Accountant. This is a newly created position to support the Accounting Manager, and will perform mission critical tasks to ensure a streamlined and efficient finance process.Senior Staff Accountant Highlights:

  Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  
  • 
    
  • Own the AP process including preparing and sending invoices, maintaining and updating records, and processes
    
  • Month-end close including booking prepaids, accruals, depreciation, intercompany entries, and journal entries
    
  • Complete bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and credit cards
    
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for senior leaders
    
  • Support the year end audit
    
  • Assist with process improvement as required
    
    Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
      
    • 3+ years related work experience
      
    • Knowledge of standard accounting operating procedures and principles
      
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact and interface with production personnel as well as management
