Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager in the
Southwest, TOLA, SoCal region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best
practices for customers
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
and help them achieve critical goals
Advocate for customer needs across various departments and
collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security
best practices
Familiarity with container technologies and associated security
considerations
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with
enterprise clients
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or
equivalent experience
